With the CVBuilder, you systematically and structurally record the resumes of your employees and can generate them as a PDF using a Corporate Template. This way, you have uniform resumes in the appropriate company look for offers and tenders. In addition, responsible persons can inform themselves about skills, projects, etc. at any time.

• Within your company: People with permission for the CV
• Outside your company: no one

The system administrators of avega IT AG have access to the database, but the data is partitioned and difficult to trace. Employees and developers of avega IT AG have no insight into the CVs of customers and there is no super admin for logging into customer areas. In an emergency, a temporary support user is created, but this is then visible in your company's user management.

There is an admin area (for authorized persons) with the following configuration options:

• User management (recording permissions for the application)
• Recording and archiving of CVs
• Adjusting master data such as languages, skills, and project fields
• Adapting the look & feel of the application to your own corporate design

Unlike conventional CV management systems, we provide each customer with their completely individual template. The design has hardly any limits and the data of the employees can be used in any form. Own texts and formulations are also possible. Only automatic line and page breaks, as well as different text lengths, must be taken into account in the layout.

The onboarding package includes initial design and professional advice from our team.

The resumes are continuously supplemented by the employees and can be adapted for offers, e.g. non-relevant projects or skills can be hidden.

Our experience has shown that it makes sense to require consistent versioning so that the generated documents can be traced at any time.

1. When generating a PDF from the original, you will be prompted to version it.
2. You can copy the original and customize it individually.
3. Existing versions can also be copied if they are adapted for a specific industry, for example.

By copying a version, all new entries are added. Existing changes are retained, even if these fields have been adjusted in the original.

Test PDFs are marked with a watermark and indicate that this is not an official document. This way, no CVs are circulated that were only created for control purposes, for example.
